Dr. Reddy is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist with 10 years of experience in treatment and neuropsychological evaluation of a wide range of presentations. Practicing from a culturally sensitive and intersectional lens, she has extensive experience working with intergenerational transmission of trauma, sexual expression, gender identity, and neurodiversity.
She joins Wholeview Wellness with a specialization in rehabilitation and developmental neuropsychology. She has a deep understanding of origins and treatment of AD/HD and related sequalae, including anxiety, depression, mental and physical fatigue, relationship challenges, irritability, disorganization of mind, and challenges with healthy habit formation. Her neuropsychology background also informs her treatment approach for individuals who have experienced concussion, mild traumatic brain injury, and pain.
Dr. Reddy views therapy through an integrative and person-centered lens. She has expertise in trauma informed psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), relational mindfulness, mindfulness meditation, motivational interviewing (MI), Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and sensate focus techniques to improve sexual intimacy and communication.
Dr. Reddy received her BA in Economics from University of Rochester, her MA in Personality and Psychopathology from Teachers College, Columbia University and her PhD from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Reddy completed her doctoral training at NYU Medical Center.
